Understanding ourselves, seeking peace in all parts of our lives and living in harmony with others is filled with challenges. Having grace with ourselves, understanding our values and goals and how to align our lives with them is best done with a caring listening ear.

I believe that our hardest times, when we go through the deepest valleys, teach us the most about ourselves and life. Having a space to share and grieve can lessen the traumatic effects and pave pathways of healing in our minds and hearts. Preventing passing on generational trauma, building strong relationships and understanding our impulses are passions of mine as I have walked through deep valleys myself.

With experience living and teaching in several countries, I can empathize with cultural transition and the personal challenges it brings to individuals and families, and I would love to walk with adults, couples, and teens who feel alone and frustrated with the transitions in life. As a woman of Christian faith who has lived in Muslim and Buddhist countries, I believe having a freedom to express one's faith in the process of counselling is valuable to healing.

I treasure my clients as spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical beings and desire them to walk in health in all these areas. I desire to provide a space where you can be honest about your journey and your goals, knowing that you are valued and challenged to walk life in grace, insight and healing. As an intern counsellor, I have regular consultations with my supervisor to develop suitable and intuitive counselling strategies while maintaining my clients' complete confidentiality. This means you get added professional input when you see me.
