Learning, growing, and navigating educational environments can present unique challenges, particularly for neurodiverse individuals. With over 18 years of experience as an educator and Educational Practitioner, I am passionate about supporting ADHD and Autistic learners across the lifespan to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop strategies that support success in learning and in life.

I believe there is no single way to learn, think, communicate, or experience the world, we are a melting pot of diversity within a cognitive ecosystem. My approach is practical, strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and individualized. I work with clients one strategy at a time, helping them develop executive functioning, academic, social, and self-advocacy skills while building greater independence and autonomy advancing a sense of inclusion and belonging.

My work extends beyond the individual learner. I support families, liaise between home and school, and work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to help clients navigate accommodations, educational systems, and transitions. I also provide professional development and consultation to educators and organizations in neurodiversity, accessibility, equity, inclusion, accommodations, and inclusive policy and practice.

At the heart of my work is a passion for creating spaces and environments where every learner has the opportunity to belong, succeed, and thrive.
