Welcome to Stick & Stone Counselling Services. My name is Vieane and I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and work toward greater well-being. I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where they feel heard, valued, and understood. I recognize that life can sometimes feel overwhelming and deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support and prioritize mental health. Using a client-centred approach, I collaborate with clients to honour their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My commitment is to foster a respectful and supportive environment where clients feel empowered, encouraged, and confident in their journey toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.
