We all author our own stories, but sometimes we get stuck. Kids, especially, can have trouble finding the right words. That's where I come in to help!

Not all stories have words. When working with kids and teens, I engage in variations of play and art therapy to help bring stories out in ways your child is comfortable expressing. Through this, I hope to encourage the bravest, kindest, and most adaptive parts of your child. Real-life empowerment can come through the imaginative struggles between good and evil in a role-playing game. Exploration of a drawing leads into deeper understanding of what is important to the child. Sometimes teens just want to talk it out in a lower energy session. Parents and guardians also need support in building a strong family unit. Whatever is needed to encourage growth and flourishing, I would be honoured to come alongside you and support you!

Sessions are client-led and informed by where the client is developmentally and personally in their journey. Couples, families, and individuals are all welcome from any stage of life. I have experience working with neurodiversity, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief in ages 6 and up.

Let's write this new chapter together!
