We all author our own stories, but sometimes we can feel stuck. For children, finding the right words isn’t always easy. That’s where I come in. I am passionate about helping children, teens, and families express, explore, and better understand their experiences in ways that feel natural and comfortable for them.

Not all stories have words. In my work with children and youth, I incorporate play and art-based approaches to help bring their inner world to life. Through creativity, imagination, and connection, I aim to nurture the bravest, kindest, and most resilient parts of each child. Whether it’s working through challenges in a role-playing game, exploring meaning through art, or simply creating space to talk, I meet each young person where they are and support them in ways that feel safe and engaging.

I also recognize the importance of supporting the whole family. Parents and caregivers play a vital role, and I am here to walk alongside you in building strong, connected relationships. Sessions are client-led and guided by each person’s developmental stage, needs, and goals. I work with children, teens, adults, and families, with experience supporting concerns such as neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.

At the heart of my work is a belief in growth, connection, and the power of feeling truly understood. It would be an honour to come alongside you and support you in writing your next chapter—one that reflects your strengths, resilience, and capacity to flourish!
