I truly value getting to know people for who they are and understanding the experiences, relationships, strengths, and challenges that have shaped them. I believe that everyone's experience is different, and because of this, I think it is important to understand what a meaningful and fulfilling life looks like for each person. I also know that life can be difficult and, at times, deeply unfair. Mental health challenges, difficult experiences, and circumstances outside of our control can have a real impact on how we feel and how we move through the world. I also believe it is important to look at the broader social and structural factors that can shape the challenges people face and their ability to accesssupport.

My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and genuine respect for each person. I hope to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly, and working through whatever brings you to counselling. Whether that means a laugh, a cry, or something in between, I want you to feel that I can meet you where you are at and hold that space with you. Through my previous work and experiences, I have developed a strong appreciation for how meaningful itcan be to feel understood and to have someone in your corner. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn, grow, and connect with the people I have the opportunity to work with.
