Welcome to Stick & Stone Counselling Services! 

My name is Coralie and I would be honoured to journey with you. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside persons experiencing suffering, providing support that offers hope and healing. My experience in social work has been in crisis response, where I witnessed the human spirit’s ability to overcome tragedy. The reality for many people is that life can be challenging. The ancient Japanese practice of Kintsugi speaks well to both my professional outlook and personal experience. In this practice, broken pottery is put back together, the cracks on display and reinforced with gold, symbolizing beauty, uniqueness, and resilience. Challenges and circumstances we would never choose can provide the landscape for growth, shaping and life purpose. My therapeutic framework draws on a whole-person centred philosophy. I believe in addressing all realms of persons, the biological, psychological, social and spiritual. As a Christian, I integrate faith into mental health care for those who seek this approach. I draw from CBT modalities and neuroscience principles in my work as an intern clinician. My clinical supervisor oversees my work with clients.
