At Stick & Stone Counselling Services, we believe that every momma deserves a place where she feels welcomed, supported, and connected.
Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but we also know that it can sometimes feel a little lonely. Between busy routines, endless responsibilities, and the everyday adventures of raising little ones, finding time to connect with other moms isn't always easy.
And when the colder months arrive, those long days spent indoors can leave us longing for a change of scenery, a little adult conversation, and some good company.
That's why we're so excited to welcome you to Nurture & Thrive, our completely FREE Mom & Toddler Group in Saskatoon!
A Little Coffee, A Little Play, and a Whole Lot of Connection!
Nurture & Thrive is a warm, welcoming gathering designed to bring mommas and their little ones together in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Whether you're a first-time mom, new to Saskatoon, hoping to make new friends, or simply looking for a reason to get out of the house, we'd love to welcome you!
While you enjoy a warm cup of coffee, share a few laughs, and connect with other moms who understand this season of life, your little ones can play, explore, and make new friends of their own.
There are no expectations and no pressure to be anything other than yourself.
You don't need to know anyone before you arrive. You don't need to have it all together. And if your little one is having one of those mornings, please don't worry. We've all been there!
Just come as you are. We'll have the coffee ready!
What Can You Look Forward To?
Coffee & Conversation: Enjoy a warm cup of coffee and some much-deserved adult conversation in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Meaningful Connections: Meet other mommas, share experiences, build friendships, and find encouragement throughout your motherhood journey.
Playtime for Little Ones: Children can enjoy soft toys, slides, a toddler ball pit, and other fun, age-appropriate play opportunities.
A Place for You and Your Little Ones: Our group welcomes moms and children from birth to four years of age.
A Sense of Community: Discover a place where you and your little ones can feel included, supported, and part of something special.
Why We Created Nurture & Thrive
At Stick & Stone, supporting the well-being of individuals and families goes beyond the counselling room.
We recognize how important friendship, community, and meaningful connection are to our emotional well-being, especially during the early years of motherhood.
We also understand that finding affordable opportunities to get out of the house with little ones can be challenging.
We wanted to create something that every momma could look forward to. A place to connect with others, enjoy a little time for herself, and feel a little less alone, without having to worry about the cost.
Our hope is that Nurture & Thrive becomes more than just a Thursday morning activity.
We hope it becomes a little village of mommas who encourage one another, celebrate the little moments, build lasting friendships, and remind each other that none of us have to navigate motherhood alone.
Because sometimes, the smallest moments of connection can make the biggest difference.
