My name is Christa Nelson and I would be honoured to welcome you into our space at Stick & Stones Counselling.

With over 20 years of experience in education and development, I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel connected, supported, and truly seen. I believe that when we come together in community, something powerful happens—healing, growth, and transformation become possible!

As Program Director, my focus is on building programs, groups, and initiatives that genuinely empower individuals while strengthening our community as a whole. I am passionate about bringing people together in meaningful ways—creating opportunities for connection, shared experience, and belonging!

At the heart of my work is the belief that no one should have to navigate life alone. I am committed to fostering spaces where people feel safe, valued, and inspired, and where community becomes a source of strength, hope, and lasting impact!
