As an Indigenous Mental Health Therapist, I hold space for individuals navigating the complex impacts of trauma-including sexual trauma, abuse, and addiction. I know how these experiences can affect every part of our being-emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually. Whether it stems from abuse, violence, loss, systemic oppression, or natural disasters, trauma carries stories that deserve to be heard, honored, and healed.

In my practice, I weave together traditional healing practices and trauma-informed care to offer a holistic path forward. This means creating space for not just emotional recovery, but also spiritual and cultural reconnection. I believe healing is most powerful when it embraces the whole person-not just symptoms.

My work is rooted in:

·  Culturally grounded support for addictions and recovery

·  Safe, compassionate care for survivors of sexual trauma and abuse

·  Honoring intergenerational knowledge and ancestral strength

·  Reconnecting with spirit, culture, and community

·  Creating sacred space for storytelling, ceremony, and healing

Healing isn't linear, and it isn't just clinical-it's a return to self. I offer a holistic approach that nurtures mind, body, and spirit, meeting each person exactly where they are, with deep respect and cultural integrity.

"Healing isn't about forgetting. It's about remembering who you are beneath the hurt."

If you are seeking support that honors your full humanity and cultural identity, I'm here to walk beside you-with gentleness, strength, and hope.
