As a counsellor, my priority is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, work through challenges, and take steps toward a fulfilling future. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a genuine interest in your journey.
In addition to my counselling work, I bring over 20 years of experience as an educator. This background has given me valuable skills in understanding people from all walks of life, including children, adolescents, young adults, and individuals with diverse abilities and neurodivergent profiles. My teaching profession complements my passion for mental health and well-being, reflecting my dedication to helping others grow and thrive.
I have worked closely with community support and advocacy groups, building a strong foundation in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My focus is on walking alongside you, helping you envision a meaningful future, and working together to address your needs and goals in a way that feels right for you.
