Sometimes life leaves you feeling overwhelmed, paralyzed or even fatigued. It's hard to see the light when many days feel heavy. Even though it's not easy there's always hope and sometimes that first glimmer of hope comes when you make the choice to not walk alone. I am honored to walk with you and assist you in seeing this light and fostering its growth in your life. I'm passionate about helping you to make sense of your struggles and pain. I truly believe that there is always hope even in the midst of some of life's most unfortunate traumas. Each person has the ability to heal and grow through the assistance of a caring presence willing to hear your story. I would love to be that presence for you, no matter where you are in your story. I've been there too. Understanding, rewriting, and writing my own story has at times felt impossible as I've struggled with the life transitions from child to teenager, teenager to young adult, single person to wife, and becoming a mother. As a person I am continually seeking virtue and peace through healing and growth. As a counsellor I seek to facilitate the same in my clients in the hopes of leaving each person with a little more light in their story. Call & Book Today!
