It takes a lot of courage to begin a counselling journey, and my goal is to create a safe and compassionate environment for you to feel comfortable to share and begin healing. My priority is finding the therapeutic approach that best suits your needs, beliefs, and goals. I use a collaborative approach so that you can be my guide and show me where you need support the most. I am passionate about helping people identify their strengths and empowering clients to achieve growth to live their most confident lifestyle.
With years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families along their grief journeys, I have experience with anxiety, depression, happiness, sadness, anger, frustration, and every emotion in between. I want each of my clients to feel safe sharing their big (and small) emotions, and recognize that those emotions are what make you, you! I prioritize body positivity/neutrality and aim to help clients of all ages learn to love and accept their body.
This world is unpredictable, and it is important to have a safe space to talk to someone. It can be hard to reach out for help, but I promise the future you will be so happy you did!
