I’m a registered social worker and therapist with experience working in primary health and mental health and addictions settings. My objective is to connect with people authentically and honestly! I strive to create a safe and warm environment where you can feel free to be yourself. I have worked with diverse clientele, and my goal is for all clients to feel welcome, safe, and accepted. I practice from a client-centered perspective and my focus is on collaboration and working in partnership with clients. I have experience helping clients through anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, trauma, and unhealthy relationships with self and others.
In my personal life, I’m passionate about nature photography as it provides a tangible and visual representation of the beauty that exists in the world. Connecting with nature keeps me grounded and contributes to maintaining my own positive mental health and wellbeing. I also love coffee and spending time with my family and two dogs.
