I want to help people because I feel we all have the ability to heal when we are not judged and have a safe place to share, to express and be heard. When we feel like we are alone our path to healing can seem impossible. It is through connection from the heart that we can move past our greatest fears and traumas and learn to integrate the parts of ourselves that we may not love as much. We are humans and not one of us is better than another. I take this very seriously in my journey and career as a therapist. Although I may have education and training my humanness comes first, there is where I operate from and want my clients to feel when they are with me and sharing the space in my therapy room.
