As someone who has been through her own healing journey, I understand how difficult it can be to open up to someone and sift through the parts that make you *you*. This has led me to prioritize creating a space free from discrimination and where self-expression is appreciated.
Although I am passionate about topics such as reproductive health, sexualities, grief, addictions, substance use and self-esteem, I welcome those from all walks of life. We are all worthy of support, and I aim to provide you with validation, respect, and the tools necessary to navigate this world!
