The journey of life is filled with many moments, some of great joy, while others of great hardship. At times these hardships can seem overwhelming and all together complicated. My ultimate goal as a counsellor is to help my clients process their experiences, working with them toward healing, growth, and understanding. I am passionate about helping reduce emotional pain & instill hope for the future. In my experience this result is best brought forth by creating strong therapeutic relationships where my clients can freely process their experiences in a non-judgemental space.
