My commitment to supporting others is rooted in a deep respect for human resilience—especially when life has been shaped by trauma, illness, loss, or systemic barriers. With over 15 years of experience in the human services field, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, youth, adults, and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. In this work, I have witnessed both profound pain and incredible strength. I believe that healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

As a clinical counsellor and social worker, my approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and evidence-based practice. My background includes extensive experience in medical social work, mental health, addictions, and crisis response. I work collaboratively with clients to build a sense of safety, restore dignity, and support meaningful, sustainable change.

I am deeply aligned with the heart of Stick & Stone—honouring both the softness required for care and the strength needed to endure. I strive to create a space where individuals can reconnect with their inner resilience, feel supported in their healing, and move forward with greater clarity, hope, and purpose.

Wherever you find yourself right now, you don’t have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and even small steps forward matter. It would be an honour to walk alongside you—offering support, understanding, and a steady presence as you move toward greater balance, strength, and well-being.
