Join Ryley from Inside Out to Explore and Manage Emotions! This engaging program uses relatable tools and evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt Therapy, to help children recognize and manage emotions like anxiety, frustration, and sadness—key contributors to social difficulties. Participants will learn to improve friendships, manage social anxiety, and build self-esteem in a safe and supportive group setting.
Program Details
- Who: Children aged 8-10 & 11-13 (separate groups)
- Duration: 90-minute sessions once a week for 8 weeks (12 hours total)
- Cost: $450 per participant
- Group Size: Maximum of 8 participants per group with 2 experienced counsellors, ensuring a 4:1 participant-to-counselor ratio
